Mayor to release 'turnaround plan'

Mayor Bing will release a 145-page 'turnaround' plan for the city next week, Detroit Free Press reports. The plan has been in the works since May and was created with the help of volunteer legal, financial, and business experts. You can click here to see a preview PDF of the report.
