City to get new daily newspaper

Veteran newspaper publishers and Detroit natives Mark and Gery Stern announced Friday that they will start publishing the new Detroit Daily Press on Nov. 23, with home delivery starting Nov. 30.  The new newspaper will sell for 50 cents daily and $1 on Sundays.
